A special message from the wild turkeys of Gilsland Farm:

“Enjoy your side dishes!”

As promised, some peonies from the Maine Audubon Peony Bloom & Ice Cream Social. As you can see it is still a little early and most of the peonies haven’t quite opened yet, but probably will in the next few days.

Here’s my ice cream: strawberry ice cream with hot fudge, fresh strawberries, whipped cream and, of course, a cherry. Come back Saturday for some peonies.
