This is part of the marquee of the CityFlatsHotel. They’ve done a very nice job rehabbing an early-20th Century building downtown. Nice details, and they have a cafĂ©/bar with sidewalk seating!

They have another very spiffy hotel in Holland, on Lake Michigan. We’re not staying at this hotel.
